I printed the sheet out onto Matte Crafty Bob paper and cut out three of the layers, the largest, smallest, and the one that was just missing the outer frame.

I desided to go for a CAS, Clean And Simple, look for this card, so chose to make it up on an Ivory 8" square Crafty Bob base card.

I used 1mm deep, double sided foam tape to attach the base layer and then 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape to attach the other layers and the Happy Birthday greeting.
