I PRINTED THE DECOUPAGE ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT IT OUT AND MOUNTED THE PIECES WITH STICKY PADS. I CUT A PIECE OF CARD STOCK TO FIT THE ART WORK. THEN I GLUED A BLUE BACKGROUND TO THAT. I MADE A PUNCH BORDER AND A METALLIC BLUE BORDER.
I GLUED EVERYTHING TO THE BLUE BORDER.
