I started by making a 5 x 7 landscape card blank and covering it with a paw print patterned backing paper.

I then cut out all the elements of the card. I stuck the largest one on to the card base using DST.

I then added the additional layers using foam tape to give the card a 3D effect. I finished by adding a Happy Birthday sentiment to the bottom of the card.
