I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's premium matte photo paper, then cut out all of the elements. I used a square red card blank as a base and cut a section off of the front.

I covered the inside of the card with some heart patterned paper and attached the bigger heart paper from the design to the front.

I cut a patterned edge on the front of the card using a die. The smaller section of the design I layered up using raised silicone foam pads.

I stuck it onto some red card and attached it to the front of my card blank I added some small hearts and a sentiment for decoration.
