I used a pink cardstock and a navy blue corrugated card. I layered the card & picture using glue gel and then put each section on separately waiting for each to dry before placing the next layer.

With glue gel, you can make sure your picture lines up properly.

I embossed some different sized bubbles onto the bottom of the card and placed the salutation in the middle at the bottom.

I also used the matching insert for this card. Simple but very effective.
