I love this pup!! and have made this card up very simply.
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto a white pearlised 7x5 card. I added the layers using sticky pads and then a border of clear-silver peel offs. I completed the card with the caption which I finished off with a white caption and a couple of little flowers.
