I PRINTED THE ART WORK ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT A BLANK CARD TO FIT. I GLUDED SCRAPBOOK PAPER TO THAT. I USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I THEN GLUED IT TO THE BACKGROUND I LINED IT WITH METALLIC PAPER. I USED DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER
