Whoa! Too much salt on your kibble... Mind you, there is usually too much salt in the kibble anyway, but this corgi dog was too fond of crisps too and this corgi doctor dog lectured him about it because his blood pressure was way too high!

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled the pyramid. Onto a textured square white card I layered a rectangle of red textured card and matted the image over that at right angles.
Across the bottom I attached the 'bone' ribbon and pawprint, along with a puppy charm. This is a wonderful image for a get well card or just for someone who needs to keep an eye on their health generally.
