Forgotten BirthdayCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements, and using DST I attached the Topper to a pink card. Used foam pads to build the Decoupage. To finish I used some glitter on the flowers and some little gems. A sweet design, and easy to make up.
