I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the sections. I mounted the decoupage using sticky foam pads. I cut the greeting topper down to the semi circle and attched to the top LH side of the card.
I mounted the topper onto backing paper cup56809_359.
A great card for any cat lover.
