Copied to matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. Backed base with d.s.t. then proceeded onto the decoupage which I layerd using d.s.foam tape. Sprayed with silver Spray and Glitter. When dry I matted to mid grey card stock, added a greeting and a little silver dolphin.

A charming card with an enigmatic image which I love.
