I printed the sheet onto some decoupage paper & cut all layers out. I cut & glued some blue background paper to an A5 card & added a blue piece of card that I had cut & embossed with ’waves’, I also sanded over the lines lightly.

I then layered the decoupage using 2mm foam pads & pinfair glue (I only used both as I am learning to use to glue).

I added a silver birthday greeting peeloff to another piece of blue card & cut it out before adding to the card with double-sided tape & finishing of with a little gem in the corner.
