Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 6 x 6 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

There is a matching insert to this card (cup546222_1209) which I cut into two pieces and trimmed to fit the card.
