I covered an A6 card with some spotty paper. I made up the pyramid and matted it with some white paper and trimmed to leave a narrow border. I chose a greeting and matted that with white paper too.

I added the topper to the card top left and the greeting lower right. Finished off with a small embellishment above the greeting.
