Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements and used DST to attach Topper to a white card. Used foam pads to build the Design. I used crystal glitter on the Balloons and the Teddies Bows.

To finish, I stuck a blue crystal Butterfly to each of Top Corners. This is a wonderful, easy design to make up and looks great.
