The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white hammer finish 6x6 card blank as my base. I covered the front with as piece of blue silk art card and mounted the topper onto it.

I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads and used one of the sentiments supplied. I used blue grosgrain ribbon and buttons to decorate. I mounted the bookmark onto a piece of blue card and fixed to the inside using a brad.
