I used a pink pearlised paper as backing and cut a large scolloped pattern on one side edge. Added a pink gingham ribbon across the middle.

I cut out the design, but instead of making it a pyramid, I cut another center piece the same size with scolloped scissors, placed this onto main picture with foam pads.

Added a flower and small button and some tiny padded baby feet.
