I printed and cut out the design. I made a 6" square pink card and covered it with pink flower embossed paper. I added the octagon and pyramaged the fingers onto it. I added wording.

I folded up the bottom right hand corner and fixed it in place with a flower brad, adding a pink heart to the centre space.
