Covered a scalloped card blank with pink handmade paper. Inked main image from sheet with pink and stuck to card blank. Made up the pyramage using 1mm foam pads. Added Glossy Accents to the balloons to give a 3D effect.
Finished with ribbon, tied with a knot to the side of the card.
