I punched the top right corner of an A5 white scalloped edge card and then cut a slit. I mounted my topper, slotting the top right corner through the slit and added the pyramid layers using sticky pads.

I added 2 pink pearls and finished off with a pink ribbon bow to the punched corner and adding the matching insert
