The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a linen finish cream card as my base. I used a piece of dotty paper and a piece of white organza ribbon over the middle.

I mounted the base layer of the decoupage onto a piece of gold mirri card. I used 1mm foam pads to layer up the decoupage.
