The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a white square card as my base. I mounted a baby boy print paper onto silver mirri card onto which I wound some blue grosgrain ribbon. I mounted the base layer of the decoupage onto silver mirri card.

I used 1mm foam pads to layer up my decoupage.
