I printed out this sheet onto good quality white card stock. Then I cut out all of the elements and adhered them to the card using 1/8" double-sided sticky foam. I then added a silk bow to each jar.

A quick card to make, and just perfect for celebrating a 50th Birthday! I love the "Middle Aged Spread" written on the jars!
