Printed onto hp photo paper, I cut out the decoupage and made up using foam pads. Using a square card blank, I punched down the edge, I then used the same punch on some turquoise card and matted on the card blank.
I attched the topper with dst and finished with white ribbon & turquoise gems. A beautiful design.
