I COPIED THE CARD FRONT AND DECOUPAGE ONTO CARD STOCK. I APPLIED THE LAYERS WITH STICKY SQUARES. I CUT SOME CARD STOCK TO FIT THE DESIGN. GLUED SCRAPBOOK PAPER ON TO IT FOR BACK GROUND. USED PUFFY HEART STICKERS FOR BORDER.
