Dress and Ribbon BowCompleted by Elizabeth Green

I decoupaged the dress (all layers), the ribbon and 'Happy Birthday'(both only 1 layer) onto the panel and cut the panel out.

I added an organza ribbon to the card ribbon and printed 'Sarah' and attached on top.

I mounted the panel onto white shimmer card and finished it with gems in the middle of the bow, the flowers and on the dress.
