Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. Used D.S.T. for matting to green card,(portrait) the main picture. Added the decoupage with sticky pads. For the frame I have used some beading from my kit and some yellow roses.

I have put a faux lace border on three sides of the card. This design is so elegant and much can be made of it. It is certainly a popular image.
