Printed the design on good quality paper. Printed a mint coloured backing sheet from Cup269317_523. Added the backing sheet and main design to an A5 card with DST. Mounted the pyramid pieces onto the design with 1mm foam pads.
Added a gold peel off border top and bottom and the sentiment Happy Birthday to finish off this lovely card.
