The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used an 8x3 blue pearlesent DL card blank as my base. I used a piece of girly backing paper on the bottom half of the card.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of blue card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used the greeting supplied, a flower gem and a handbag charm to decorate.
