This is a super easy card to make and the colours remind me of the Caribbean sea! I printed the image on to 160gsm cardstock, cut it out and attached the decoupage and the sentiment panel.

I attached the image on to patterned cardstock, edged the top and two sides of the image with black peel off lines and attached a wavy black peel off at the bottom of the card, trying to give the illusion of the sea.
