I printed the sheet onto good quality white card. I cut out the images and mounted the main ship one and the husband greeting onto dark blue card with double sided tape.

I then added backing to the card (I used Starry Night backing CUP126611) with double sided tape and added the topper and greeting with foam pads for a 3D effect.
