Garden Birthday

The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a mint green pearlesent card as my base. I used a piece of green floral mosaic backing paper. I mounted the topper onto a piece of green card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used one of the greetings supplied, green dotty satin ribbon and card candy to decorate.
