I covered an A5 card with a silver card, then i printed this image onto a sheet of good quality gloss photo paper, then cut it out,i then mounted the main image onto the card ,then built up the stacker's,and added the text plate.

Made this birthday card for a friend's husband who is turning 85. They loved Ballroom dancing but now her husband can't dance as he used to but thought this was an apt card as they love watching Strictly together.
I used 5 x 7 card with double sided cushion tape and alphabet stickers.
