I PRINTED THIS DECOUPAGE ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. I MOUNTED IT WITH STICKY PADS. I THEN GLUED A PIECE OF HOLOGRAPHIC PAPER ONTO A BLANK CARD FOR THE BACKGROUND. THEN GLUED THE BLUE ANGEL ON TOP OF THAT.
