I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I stuck the main picture onto silver mirror card which I then stuck to a folded white card. I layered the other pieces as appropriate and adhered them with glue gel.
I finally added my own sentiment made from silver peel offs.
