Printed on to photo paper. Cut and mounted the decoupage star shapes with sticky pads and attached to base plate, which has been mounted on gold mirri card that has been decal edged.

The greeting tag is a peel off mounted on navy card then stuck on to a small piece of gold mirri card using sticky pads, gold corner peel to finish off card.
