I printed the sheet onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a dark blue card as my base. I mounted my base image onto a piece of turquoise mirri card. I layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I tied a dark blue organza ribbon and used peeloff corners to decorate. I sprayed the whole front of the card with Spray and Sparkle to finish.
