The delicate ornate lace inter mingled with tiny holly leaves forms a beautiful frame around the robin on the branch, and I have stayed with this quiet reflective theme by using a white background to print the sheet provided, twice, as I wanted to use some of the extra printed elements for the insert and some gift cards.
The main image measures 11.5cm and has a red 12 x6.5cm and a white back ground spotty 12x6.5cm joined together with D.S. tape as a backing sheet, also using the same D.S. tape.
I have used the red, gold edged satin ribbon to attach across the front of the main image and then secure at the back.
The green with tiny white fine line decoration, I have used as a backing sheet onto the main white 15x14cm white card front.
The main image and backing sheet group is then attached using D.S. tape.
I cut out the 3 elements and using padded D.S. tape and tiny squares used the step by step method to complete the circle pyramid.
I have used red and dark green decorative peel off strips, a peel off sentiment, matching red hand tied bow and glitter gold dust glue as embellishments for the finished card front.
To complete the insert, I have used the same green and white print, the outside frame from the second copy using the central image from this as a central feature in the frame.
I have printed the Christmas verse, which is available on the free verse section, onto the same green paper and added a glitter reindeer.
I have made 4 gift cards using the smaller images from the 2 sheets provided, and one of the smallest pyramid circles on the envelope front.
This was a most successful, easy to complete project which will delight any receiver. I have photographed the insert, 4 images of the gift cards and the card front with the 6”x6 ½” envelope sitting behind.
The envelope paper is cut at 10” square to accommodate the card. I have a free tutorial on this site for your use.
Thanks to you, Mary Jane Harris, for providing this delightful, quick and easy pyramid for purchase, I hope you like the outcome of my project.
