A beautiful clear image to work with and has so many possibilities. Printed on good quality paper, cut-out and layered image to card(s).

Alone the round image makes a great decoration for hanging on the Christmas tree and looks stunning when the edges are embossed in gold – I turned this then into the dangle card.

Spinner Card – I cut-out the image, backed the back of the image with the same image (with picture upside down and spinner stick centred in middle between both), then layered the additional layers on top with double sided foam tape. I then made a simple spinner stand from card and then covered with design paper that complemented the image. Added some poinsettias flowers and embossed gold greeting and finished the card with gold embossed edges all around.

Theatre Card – I designed a box to fit the image. Cut of the frame from of the main image and embossed it with gold and cut the centre box window from the card. Inside the box I taped a copy of the original starting image and added the layers with 3d foam mounting tape. I add 3 poinsettias flowers and holly to the embossed frame and added a gold embossed edged greeting.

Dangle Card – I cut out 2 of the large circle images and backed them together with gold metallic thread in-between, gold embossed the edges and then layered the extra layers with 3d foam tape. I then covered a card front in handmade red paper, cut a circle out of the middle, placed the image and taped the thread to the back inside of the card and then taped a back sheet with circle removed inside the card to hide the thread. I added a Christmas star border rub-on to the top of the card and ‘Merry Christmas’ sticker to the bottom of the card. I embossed in gold the edges of the circle along with the edges of the card to finish.

Box Topper- I taped the square image to card and made a box from around the image. I added a silver sticker boarder to frame the image and then added the layers with 3d foam tape. This is a great little box for gifting homemade cookies, chocolates ect and ideal for under the tree as the layers are not too high that they will be squashed by other pressies under the tree.
