I printed this on kodak matt finish photo paper. I used blue grey coloured card topped with electric blue coloured glitter card as the background, adhered with double sided tape.

For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.

Finished off with red and gold trim.
