Red White and Black Art Deco ChristmasCompleted by Lesley Earing

I printed off the design onto cup premium photo paper. All of the elements were then cut out and the main piece was matt and layered onto some black cardstock that had a design cut out on either side using spellbinder edgeabilities.

I decoupaged the rest of the design and the sentiment using raised sticky foam pads. Some gems were added for decoration.
