I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto red card and mounted it onto a scalloped edge card then added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added peel-off borders and corners,little red pearls and a red organza bow...a beautiful design.
