I covered an A5 card with some vivid blue backing paper,then printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,i mounted the main image to the card,then decoupaged up the front of the card,then added a pretty silver peel off border,added crystal glitter to the lady's jewellery,and over the snow.
