The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I created an off center A5 card using turqoise hammer finish card. I used the border on the sheet mounted onto a strip of silver mirri card. I fixed it onto the short end of the card.
I used a piece of the same silver mirri card to mount my base layer onto, I also rounded the corners for more effect.
I layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used one of the greetings and numbers and mounted them on the same silver mirri card.
I tied a piece of turqoise dotty organza ribbon around the card, I used gems on the border and greeting and a peel off greeting from my stash to finish.
