I stuck the base of the topper onto which iridenscent card and off set it on the card and made up the topper.

I stuck small self adhesive start gems on each layer to give the stars a sparkle.

Coloured peel-offs blue and put happy birthday on the botton and round the edge with a small star in each corner.
