The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a pink hammer finish card as my base. I used a pink floral backing paper cut into a triangle. I mounted the base image onto a piece of red glitter card.

I layered up the remaining decoupage with 1mm foam pads. I mounted the blank greetings banner onto the same red glitter card and attached a birthday greeting to it. I finished of by tying a red organza bow at the top and used a couple of embellishments to decorate.
