The sheet was printed onto supersmooth paper. I used a dark blue card as my base. I created a panel using silver mirri card, blue check paper and tied a blue organza ribbon on it.

I mounted the base image onto the same silver mirri card and layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I punched a butterfly, used a greeting and gems from my stash to finish.
