Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply largest image to card stock with runner adhesive. Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect. Add sentiment in desired location.

Add crystal gems to image at intervals for added drama. Add ribbon on side and desired sentiment at bottom with adhesive runner.
