The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue pearlesent card as my base. I created a panel using silver mirri card and a birthday text paper.

I mounted the image onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a greeting from my stash to finish.
