The design was printed twice on quality cardstock. The decoupage was done with foam pads. I cut the center oval and the Happy Birthday label out of the second copy.

After adhering the decoupage pieces to the card front I used foam pads to attach the second copy piece to make it look like the image was framed.

The card front was then attached, with double sided tape, to a white card. This is an easy to cut, soft and elegant design that can be used for many occasions.
